Sr Manager for Workforce and Reports Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Workforce Management, Reporting Analysis to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, reporting analysis, and leveraging business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance.
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement staffing proposals based on business and staffing needs.
  • Create and maintain attrition capacity modeling, providing recommendations for short and long-term staffing needs.
  • Proactively analyze inputs and oversee implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans; measure performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organization to success and add value to the broader organization.
  • Research and recommend performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes.
  • Audit forecast models and schedules prepared by Work Force Management (WFM) team, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:

8. Utilize Power BI experience and solid knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders.

9. Develop and execute reporting strategies that support operational performance management and the strategic objectives of the organization, aligning with the vision of Business Integration and Automation.

10. Partner and collaborate with technology leaders to deliver data and reporting solutions that enable the business to meet or exceed customer and organizational expectations.

11. Accountable for accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented metric and reporting needs of the organization.

12. Identify and facilitate broader data needs in partnership with Business Intelligence using Agile BI methods and Automation.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of SQL preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Excellent critical thinking with the ability to serve as a change champion and encourage staff to find innovative ways of meeting business demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
