We are looking for a skilled and experienced Learning Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a Learning Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our Learning and Development Systems, ensuring that resources are allocated to ensure business success.

Responsibilities:

• LMS Administration:
  • Generate compliance reports on a regular basis
  • Ensure that the roster is up-to-date
  • Assign users the correct access and permissions
  • Conduct testing and provide feedback on content, especially on interactivities
  • Set up course pages according to the agreed specifications
  • Uploaded training materials or set-up learning objects in the course pages with the correct settings
  • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve tools, dashboards, apps, plugins, etc.
  • Interact with the developers, stakeholders, and learners to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to any system related issues while following TaskUs' communication guidelines
  • Coordinate with the required departments to help increase compliance
  • Create and maintain slick, easy to read dashboards for compliance and system issues
• Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to training technology and analytics.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resources.
• Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure necessary resources for project implementation.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges as they arise.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of training technology and analytics initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Establish quality standards and metrics for training technology and analytics projects.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that deliverables meet quality expectations and adhere to best practices.
• Change Management:
  • Facilitate change management processes to support the adoption of new training technologies and analytics tools within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to navigate transitions and overcome resistance to change.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track project performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
• Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
• Project management skills (scoping, planning, deploying, and evaluating)
• Learning tech and/or LMS literacy

Requirements

• Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs
• Familiarity with risk management principles and practices
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
• Experience in conducting internal investigations and managing compliance-related incidents
