Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate coding and uploading of invoices, managing payments, issuing manual checks, and handling payroll for mobile home parks and campgrounds. Shift: Night Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Work Setup: Permanent WFH

Steering Finance in the Heart of Recreational Adventures

  • Ensuring proper coding and uploading of invoices into
  • Managing invoices for payment, selecting and processing them accordingly.
  • Handling manual check issuance and on-site verification.
  • Processing payroll for mobile home parks and campgrounds.
  • Uploading payroll data into QuickBooks and improving the integration process.
  • Code credit card transactions and reconcile them in the system.
  • Meticulously reconcile bank accounts.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations meticulously, utilizing QuickBooks Desktop.

Seeking Financial Wizards with a Passion for Play:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly the desktop version of QuickBooks Desktop, RightNetwork, , and RentManager.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • 3-4 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly the desktop version of QuickBooks and
