Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing incident and request management support for all end user devices such as Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, VPNs, Printers, and Scanners
  • Experience in Windows operating environment
  • Offering solutions and conducting on-site repairs for remote users
  • Supporting end users with hardware, software, computer applications, LAN components, and peripherals
Other duties involve: Determining and implementing system reconfiguration requirementsSetting up end user service level agreementsAddressing challenging desktop problems for end usersSupervising complaint ticketing system and ensuring timely work order resolutionsProviding user support through remote access toolsUpdating ticketing tools promptly with status reports

Reviewing completed end user device requests and incidents to suggest process enhancements and identify compliance issues

Overseeing maintenance and repair of IT/office equipment to ensure smooth software operations
