We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Security to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the information security function within the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

As a Head of Information Security, Your Role Will Include...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an information security strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of information security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the effectiveness of security initiatives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and threats, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
  • Define and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, and compliance teams, to integrate security requirements into business processes and initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on information security matters, providing guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and trends in the field of information security, and proactively assess their impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in BPO space.
  • Experienced in managing multiple geographies in information security role in a BPO industry.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience implementing and managing security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving security initiatives, managing projects, and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
