Lennor Metier Consulting, a leading Recruitment Agency & Headhunters in the Philippines, is urgently recruiting a FP&A Manager to join one of its global client companies.

Salary Range: Up to ₱75,000

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Taguig, City

The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results.

About The Role:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is an experienced professional in finance and operations. They excel in planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting, focusing on key priorities in an efficient and organized manner. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and pays close attention to detail, and with experience in finance and good communication skills to build relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret financial data for reporting to the management team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed financial analyses and models for business initiatives.
  • Prepare recommendations for key projects using financial analysis.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures within the budget.
  • Work with the management team to consolidate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and company performance against business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
  • Evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Create finance metrics and monitor financial performance of business units.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

What our Client is Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Corporate Finance, or related fields
  • CPA, CFA, or CMA is preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance business partnering and FP&A roles within MNCs, FMCG, or Retail industries
  • Proficient in analytical and critical thinking, with expertise in business model simulations and financial techniques such as NPV/DCF analysis, risk analysis, etc.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis, consolidation, and reporting using advanced Excel and other software
  • Resourceful, able to quickly gather data from diverse sources
  • Familiarity with PFRS, IFRS, and other accounting standards
  • Experience with planning/reporting systems
  • Advantageous to have experience in corporate and asset valuations, M&A, and enterprise risk management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, adaptable to various situations and personalities
  • Self-motivated and independent
