Primary role description:

  • Business development for migration clients to Europe;
  • Business development of real estate investment in Spain & Portugal (especially HNWI);
  • Liaison with corporate service providers and law firms in the Philippines

Secondary role description:

  • Business opportunity matchmaking; ie, search for Philippine investors in Europe or Philippine investors that would like to franchise European brands;
  • Marketing activities and member acquisition in Business Chambers chaired by the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Experience in the migration industry (minimum 3 years)
  • Proactive, responsive and dynamic approach
  • Proven track record of client acquisition
  • Excellent command of English Bonus points
  • Existing client database
  • Command of Spanish or Portuguese language desirable

Fixed Gross Monthly Salary: PHP 85,000.

Variables:

  • Gross commission of 20% of fees paid by new clients acquired by the consultant.
  • Gross yearly bonus of PHP 65,000 for the attendance to 10 events or more per month. Eligible events are those organized by chambers of commerce, business organizations, or public bodies.
  • Gross yearly bonus of PHP 65,000 for the engagement of speaking opportunities (seminars/webinars) or writing opportunities. The minimum is one per month. Any such opportunities which might entail a fee to secure participation will only be eligible for a yearly bonus subject to the firm's approval.
  • Gross yearly bonus of PHP 65,000 for one-to-one meetings with companies or individuals that might be interested in firm's services. Minimum is eight per month.
  • Franchise introduction: commission of 15% of total commissions paid by franchisor in the event of purchase of master franchise or franchise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php85,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
