Job Description: We are seeking a talented Cloud SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience in DevOps, continuous delivery, and deployment pipelines, with specific expertise in Duck Creek Suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage environments for development and testing, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Oversee Duck Creek ODWs (On-Demand Workspaces) and connectivity to target environments.
  • Manage code repositories, including branching, merging, and version control.
  • Integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and code release processes.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Duck Creek Suite, updating and adding variables as needed.
  • Monitor batch jobs and automate scripts as part of code release and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Hollard and Cap-g Dev Teams, ensuring clear responsibilities in the RACI Matrix for source control and code deployment.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in DevOps, continuous delivery, and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in Duck Creek Suite, including CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Experience with code repositories and version control systems.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and integration into the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage environments and ensure stability for development and testing.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Duck Creek ODWs and connectivity to target environments.
  • Experience with code branching, merging, and release management.
  • Familiarity with TAC (Technical Advisory Committee) and running automated scripts for deployment.
  • Understanding of the RACI Matrix and responsibilities for source control and code deployment.
  • Ability to monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
