  • 4+ years of broad IT experience. Experience architecting and deploying enterprise scale monitoring solutions
  • Python Scripting Expertise for at least 4 years
  • Experience with Cloud and automation technologies (AWS, Chef, HPSA, Terraform)
  • Experience with open-source Monitoring Tools (Sensu, Grafana, Docker)
  • Experience with standard operating systems (Unix, Solaris, Windows)
  • Experience and Knowledge of New Relic Application Monitoring
  • Rest API Knowledge
  • Very Good Knowledge on Application Frameworks - Java, .NET, PHP, client-server apps, etc.
  • Good knowledge on New Relic Suite - Real End User Experience, Code Level Diagnostics, DB Diagnostics, Synthetic Monitoring Work Experience on Postgres DB and Docker Minion services
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, & Rack space
  • Expertise on Sensu Installations and checks
  • Experience in project management and methodologies
  • Building effective dashboards for senior leaders, service owners and executives to show accurate and up to date result for infrastructure health.
  • Experience with Influx DB and Postgres/SQL language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client focus a must
