The Brand Lead for Consumer Marketing will be in charge of assigned wallet use cases and will champion B2C marketing campaigns from GTM development, execution, monitoring, and review.

S/he will take a customer-first approach in ideating and executing impactful marketing activities that will grow the use case assigned to him/ her; strengthen brand image on customer touchpoints, build affinity among target consumers and promote Maya app usage.

As the use case owner, the Brand Lead is in charge of managing all campaigns to drive growth for his/ her assigned use case – from brand imagery campaigns to drive awareness and consideration to conversion campaigns such as promos and co-marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2C branding and strategy from ideation to implementation and reporting
  • Develop B2C conversion campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize B2C campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders across all levels and teams
  • Measure and report performance across marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of brand management/growth marketing/ performance marketing background
  • Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
