As the Customer and Brand Marketing Manager at Filinvest Land, Inc., you'll lead the development of compelling brand strategies for Aspire and Futura. Your role is central to organizing customer insights to refine marketing tactics, enhance customer loyalty, establish referral programs, and pioneer innovative sales strategies. Spearheading our customer database management, you'll dissect purchasing patterns and engineer data frameworks to drive precise sales and marketing endeavors.

BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Brand Management (Futura or Aspire): Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and positioning within the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop branding strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and refine brand strategies for the company's properties or projects under the Futura and Aspire brands. Identify target audiences, define brand positioning, and create cohesive brand identities that resonate with potential buyers or investors.
    • Serves as Custodian for the Aspire by Filinvest brand proposition and oversees brand guidelines, communications calendar, and overall messaging.
    • Oversees the creation of engaging designs and content for the brands marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's properties (for existing inventories, as a separate team handles new launches). Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials and ensure effective communication of unique selling points.
  • Reputation Management and Social Media Monitoring: As the Customer and Brand Marketing Manager, you'll manage the company's reputation and ensure a positive brand image across all touchpoints, including social media. You'll monitor online and offline channels for feedback, address negative publicity or customer concerns, and proactively build stakeholder relationships. Your prompt and effective engagement with customers in real-time on social media, responding to inquiries or complaints, and leveraging social listening tools to gain valuable insights into market trends and consumer sentiment will maintain our customers' trust in our brand.

CUSTOMER MARKETING

  • Customer Marketing involves cultivating relationships with existing clients to drive retention and referrals while forming strategic partnerships with companies to boost corporate sales. This includes creating referral programs for satisfied customers and establishing business alliances to expand the customer base and drive growth.
  • Maximizing Customer Lifetime Value: Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value by analyzing purchasing behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends. Implement targeted campaigns to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and referrals.
  • Referral System Management: Design and manage a referral program to incentivize existing customers to refer new leads. Track and analyze referral data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Database Management: Oversee our customer database's organization and maintenance, ensuring customer information's accuracy and completeness. Utilize CRM tools to segment customer data and personalize marketing communications.
  • Understanding Customer Segments: Segment customers into distinct groups based on characteristics, behavior, and preferences. Develop a deep understanding of end-user and investor segments within the real estate market and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Data Architecture: Design and maintain the architecture of our customer data system, ensuring scalability and data integrity. Must be able to design the customer segmentation data and collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to implement data-driven solutions for customer segmentation and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.]
  • Proven track record in customer marketing, encompassing the development of corporate sales programs, strategic partnerships, and database management within real estate and relevant industries. Brand management experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at deciphering intricate data to extract actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker focusing on delivering tangible results and meeting business objectives.Familiarity with key metrics like customer lifetime value, referral systems, and segmentation techniques.
