KMC Solutions is looking for a LEGAL BILLING ANALYST

Join Okta, the go-to identity partner for global companies. Our focus is on Customer and Workforce Identity, ensuring safe access and seamless experiences. As a LEGAL BILLING ANALYST, your tasks will involve:

- Collaborating with Okta Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to optimize the purchase order and law firm billing process.
- Serving as the primary contact for law firms, overseeing timely submission of invoices, accruals, and forecasts.
- Generating reports and dashboards in the eBilling system, managing daily responsibilities such as invoice processing.
- Onboarding new law firms to Okta's eBilling system and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensuring law firm compliance with Okta's Billing Guidelines.
- Handling new matters for the legal team in Okta's eBilling system, liaising with Legal, law firms, and Finance.

To be eligible, you should have experience with:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- 1+ years of Legal billing experience.
- Familiarity with purchasing software and legal e-billing/matter management software.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel analytical functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Previous experience in law firms or in-house legal teams.

The ideal candidate must provide:

- NBI Clearance
- Medical or PEME Slip
- Photos with white background
- Government numbers proof
- Photocopies of valid IDs
- Clear copy of Birth Certificate
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note
