Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve alerts triggered by the Network Monitoring System and Helpdesk System to reduce user downtime.Configure and install various network equipment and services and new updates to increase user productivity and achieve client targets in a timely manner.Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to ensure optimum performance of the WAN circuits.Consistently update reports so that all network related outages and incidents are properly monitored, and safety measures will be put into place.Coordinate with support groups to accommodate employee and trainee needs and resolve Network related concerns.Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions.Requirements:College Graduate (Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Engineering course preferred)Certification in CompTIA Network+ preferredCertification in Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) preferred.Certification in MS Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) preferred.Certification in Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) preferred.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in creating reports and in using MS OfficeMust be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays) Why Join Us
