Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic understanding of sales principles, Proficient in MS Office, Excellent Communication Skills, Able to adapt quickly to change with the ability under pressure, Team player with positive outlook, high energy and persistence, Strong organization, time management and ability to multitask.
  • With experience in client and account management.
  • Drives revenue generation and maximum profitability by offering the right product of competitive price and acceptable quality to the right customer and providing excellent customer service to encourage customer loyalty in order to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Background in Meat Industry is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Available area of assignment PASIG CITY, QUEZON CITY, MANDALUYONG & SOUTH LUZON must be amenable to do field work.

ALFA – All Food Asia, Inc. is an importer and distributor of fresh frozen meat. We are

a Cebu-based, nation-wide company, with 12 branches located in major urban centers in

Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

ALFA – All Food Asia, Inc. is a market leader in the supply and distribution of fresh

frozen meat with an annual turn-over exceeding 50 thousand metric tons as of 2018. We

provide clients with top quality local and imported meat from Philippine Department of

Agriculture approved sources, including the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New

Zealand, and EU countries such as Germany, France, and Spain.

We serve the Philippine meat industry through our subsidiaries MPP Meat Import

Corporation and Meatland Traders Corporation (MTC) with both small and

institutional accounts in retail, food processing, food service and restaurants, wet

markets, and supermarkets.

In 2014 we incorporated Nameat Processing Enterprise to offer fabrication and meat

processing services, to meet the changing needs of the industry.

In 2019, we opened the first of our retail outlets for fresh frozen food products, ALFA

Chef's Corner, to serve the retail segment.

Association (MITA) and the Philippine Association of Meat Processors, Inc (PAMPI).
