Job Description:

● Work with CAD and other computer-aided software in creating, modifying, and releasing plan drawings, word drawings, and, complete surveying data and as-built drawings under direct the supervision of the Design Engineer

● Work with confidence under "Overloaded Schedule" in order to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information.

● Ensure completeness of the submittal of working drawings and put all details in order to avoid re-work additional or removal of items and revisions (situational).

● Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, fits, and back-ups of files for proper storage filing and record keeping to be uploaded at design google drive.

● May be responsible for some design elements.

● Work from drawings, sketches, or scanned images, construction drawings, such as architectural plans, structural plans, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection drawings or specifications.

● To continuously improve technical skills thru continuing education;

● Coordinates with counterparts as needed.

● Willing to travel or to be deployed in project sites;

● Perform other works related to its sister companies

o Hatch Architecture + Research Group, Inc.

o One Midori Asia, Inc.
● Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Chairman/President and Executive Vice President.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor in Science in Engineering or Architure

· Degree from Technical Course also accepted

· At least 3 years of experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

  • 13th month salary
