Quality Assurance & Control (Construction)

1) Review and checking of as built drawings.
2) Reading/interpretation of plans and specification.
3) Review of shop Drawings / ISD / CSD.

Quality

4) Review of For Construction Drawing;
5) Prepares Request for Information (RFI's) / confirmation of verbal instruction (CVI) / site instruction (SI);
6) Review of RFI's / CVI / SI;
7) Preparation and review of Submittals;
8) Monitoring and closing-out of Non Compliance Notices;
9) Technical Evaluation of materials and equipment for procurement;
10) Coordination of technical concerns with the consultants;
11) Coordinate implementation of FCD's;
12) Interfacing works between MEP and ID Works;
13) Inspection of materials delivered on site;
14) Resolution of conflicts between subcontractors or client;
15) Attending walk-thru with the Subcontractors;
16) Attending walk-thru with the Client;
17) Witness testing and commissioning for M&E works;
18) Preparation of inspection checklist understanding of Contract Documents;
19) Review of shop drawings, material submittals, methodology and other Forms to be issued to Client;
20) Managing the works and technical preparation of correspondence to Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, and Project Manager;
21) Attend technical construction coordination meetings;
22) Attend Project Management meetings;
23) Emphasis on good quality to promote possible repeat client;
24) Conduct QA/QC inspection with required ISO forms;
25) Conduct punch listing prior to turn-over:
a. Structure
b. Plumbing
c. Elevator
d. Architectural
e. Fire sprinkler system

Cost

26) Review and understanding of Contract Documents.
27) Identifying potential contract variation based on issued document by the Owner's Representative.

Implementation / Time

29) Coordinate work program with interface with all other scope of work of the project;
30) Managing the Trade Contractors and Coordination to other members of the team including Designers and Owner;
31) Establish priority and settlement of bottlenecks;
32) Planning and implementation of Demobilization program;
33) Review of effect of issued Project Manager's Instructions.
34) Preparation of documents for turning over project to project manager or client.
35) Identification, monitoring, and close-out of balance of works.

Safety

36) Compliance to Project Safety Programs;
37) Implementation of safety and health plans of the project.
38) Toolbox Meetings.
39) Safety Site Walk-Thru.

Specialty

40) Handle behavioral issues within project team;
41) Teaching, mentoring, coaching and motivating of subordinates.

Others

42) All other items as directed by the Project Manager and/or Management; and
43) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
