Multilingual Service Desk Analyst for Polish, Estonian, Finnish and German Speakers

CGI Philippines Inc. is building a capability to support Service Desk in their endeavor to expand their customer base. As part of this program we are building up a Service Desk in CGI Philippines to assist our operations.
There is a requirement to ensure that all processes operate seamlessly, and to be compliant with the relevant rules, for all functional areas, including having a language requirement of native level to consistently meet the needs of our assigned clients.
We currently hiring for these languages:
• Polish
• German
• Estonian
• Finnish
• Handles first line incidents, including triage and troubleshooting, resolution where possible and assignment where required to 2nd/3rd line support teams and third parties
• Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management Level
• Willing to relocate in the Philippines once the country's Bureau of Immigration approves their visa for travel.
• Have a bachelor's degree/diploma of any field, vocational diploma, or any short course certificate
• Be skilled in written or verbal communication skills in any of the languages listed above and English
• Have proficiency in computer and technology
• Relocation package for international candidates (including flight and accommodation) on 1st month
