As the Treasury Officer you will work closely with the Treasury Manager in ensuring proper cash management, managing the company's investment activity and protecting the company's finances to guarantee the short and long term success of the business.

You will:
  • Prepares the cash forecasts to determine the Company's cash position. Resolves and raises all cash issues in a timely manner. Posts daily cash transactions and monthly reports on NetSuite
  • Supports day to day fund transfers, foreign exchange purchases and payment transactions
  • Help create and manage bank accounts and credit lines
  • Prepares Monthly Bank recon and related journal entries in Netsuite
  • Prepare and review any related documentations in relation to the bank accounts opening and management
  • Provides data and supporting documents to the controllership team for journal entry preparation relating to cash management activity
  • Maintain banking relationships across all bank and payment channel partners, including negotiating banking services fees and terms to optimize financial arrangements
  • Performs daily corporate cash/liquidity management and forecasting activities across all platforms and bank partners
  • Prepares foreign exchange liquidity forecast and performs timely funding to wallet and prefunded dollar accounts for card issuing
  • Assist Treasury Manager to prepare medium and long term cash flow forecast and in analyzing and deploying excess cash to suitable investment opportunities and vehicle
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective hedging strategies, forex management and interest rate risk management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, and
  • Any other adhoc jobs and reports that are needed from time to time.
You may be a fit if:
  • Graduate of Finance or Accountancy; CPA and/or advance degree is an advantage
  • With 3 to 5 years of work experience in Treasury and Financial Analyst function
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems is a plus
  • Preferably with Banking or Financial institution Treasury function experience
  • Comfortable working with and supporting all levels of staff
  • Strong analytical aptitude and skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
  • Excellent business communication skills
