Drives sales team towards the achievement of sales target and Route-to Market (RTM) Strategies in assigned area by planning, leading and coaching the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in the implementation and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales target per segment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position College Graduate of any course

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years management experience

Business Understanding: Sales and Marketing, ICT, Retail and Distribution

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

PLANNING

Plan the weekly sales programs and on the ground sales strategies per segment by municipalities on his/her assigned area thru collaboration with support group for proper implementation of best practices aligned towards business directions of the company.

LEADING

Lead by example with his/her subordinates (TSM's) thru professional work ethics and better habits.

MONITORING HABITS and CONTROL

Oversee team's individual sales itinerary, daily deployment plans and sales performance to ensure daily coverage of areas are covered, attainment of daily turn-ins and installed/activated accounts per segment.

HIRING

Oversee the recruitment process and finding the right fit for organic employees thru collaboration with HR in handling Segments/Territory for Business Continuity. Maintaining a sizeable TPA's and agents of the assigned region to sell product and services.
