Responsible for the entire operation of the accounting department; proper implementation of internal controls; adherence to company policies and procedures; budgeting and cash management; controllership; and management reportorial requirements, Overall in-charge of the accounting department.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and approved the financial statements prepared by the property accountant. Review and approved billing statements, notices, check vouchers, purchase orders, and all other documents that require approval from accounting. Reports the financial conditions of the company to the board of trustees. Prepares and consolidates budgets. Coordinates with other department heads on any problems or concerns regarding accounting. Act as a controller that would protect the asset and resources of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least 3 years experience in General Accounting (Financial Statement Preparation, Bank reconciliation & Taxation)
  • With supervisory experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact with top executives, tenants, and unit owners.
  • Proficiency in Accounting systems
