Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish Project Plan as per Scope of Work, integrate the plan of other Business Groups and Customers into overall Project Plan.
  • Accountable for scope, cost/budget, and schedule/milestones.
  • Work with all internal domains to allocate resources and monitor all activities to make sure on time delivery of the project.
  • Handle customer and stakeholder's engagement; understanding and maintaining efficient customer communication. Lead the regular project meeting and project meeting. Closely align with internal and external domains the project status, properly manage the escalation to address any potential risk of the project.
  • Create, maintain, and manage regular project reports to meet contractual scope of work, milestones and customer pre-requisites, and eventually the committed KPI/KQI.
  • Responsible for the over-all coordination of the end-to-end status of the project for reporting to the customer and internal management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of Telecom Turn-key project management experience is a must.
  • Profound Project Management experience with budgeting, scheduling and planning.
  • Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling and resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes, identify and manage all project risks, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction.
  • PMP certificate or equivalent project management training require.
  • Ability to host productive meetings and present information to both working level and senior management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Telecom Architecture.
  • BS degree in Telecommunication, Project Management, Engineering or related profession is required.
