The position will serve as an integral member of the CARAT Phils, and will have day to day responsibility for the client's digital activity. This position

will work in a collaborative effort to deliver the best in class digital work by leading and managing the planning and monitoring the different digital campaigns and projects. The post will have a strong grasp of the current marketing tools, to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities :

Client

  • Working with support internal and cross functional groups, this person will be responsible and accountable for the client digital business.
  • Strong understanding of the key issues facing the client business and leading the sharing/interpretation of these.
  • Ensure a strong partnership with client, as well as the DAN network brands including iProspect, Amplifi and AMNET.
  • You will raise the level of digital expertise of the Carat teams and clients.
  • Apply analytics and insight to the digital data to improve the campaign performance.
  • Ensure work delivered to client is of highest standard; review all key documents and presentations prior to distribution and get support from the Digital team members

Internal: Carat Team Management

  • Support the Carat Digital Team whenever required, keeping them up to date on client status and matters of strategic importance.
  • Actively manage the Digital Strategists, by providing guidance and suppport
  • Support new business pitches from time to time.
  • Provide specialist digital advice where appropriate, and seek advice from specialist teams when required.
  • Share digital knowledge across the team with other disciplines whenever appropriate
  • Has proven track record of or demonstrates the potential capability to lead a team from the implementation level to the managerial level and command respect through your work ethics, technical knowledge and ability to bring sound thinking into each creative idea developed

  • Strong in translating consumer insights into sound strategic creative thinking
  • Strong client facing & leadership skills
  • People management & team working skills
  • Very comfortable with numbers & precise attention to detail
  • Delivers to a high standard and expects the same of others
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously
  • and lastly must be a team player with a "can-do" attitude, who exhibits a strong sense of flexibility, and project ownership

Managerial Skills:

  • Able to guide and supervise planners to create and maintain media plan flowcharts and media buy authorizations based on clients various initiatives
  • Able to guide and supervise implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations and traditional media buying operations.
  • Able to be both a leader of a team of senior and juniopr digital startegists as well as being a team player in promoting team cohesiveness.
  • Nurture and inspire juniors, ensure their development and growth plans are in place.
