Responsibilities:

  • OrderCoordination: Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy andcompleteness of information.
  • Dispatching:Allocate orders to delivery drivers or service personnel based on theiravailability, workload, and proximity to the delivery location.
  • Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication channels with delivery drivers,service personnel, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prioritization:Assess order urgency and prioritize dispatch based on delivery timeframesand customer preferences.
  • QualityControl: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each order beforedispatch, ensuring that all requested items are included.
  • TimelyExecution: Monitor delivery progress and provide necessary updates tocustomers, ensuring prompt delivery of orders.
  • ProblemResolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to foodorders, coordinating with appropriate personnel to find suitablesolutions.
  • Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery status, andcustomer interactions for future reference and analysis.
  • Compliance:Adhere to food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures toensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in orderdispatching processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency andcustomer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a fast food orrestaurant setting, is highly desirable.
  • OrganizationSkills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskeffectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact witha diverse range of individuals, including delivery drivers, kitchen staff,and customers.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure toresolve any order-related issues or challenges.
  • Attentionto Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate order dispatchingand minimize errors.
  • TimeManagement: Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks, handlemultiple orders simultaneously, and meet delivery deadlines.
  • TechnologyProficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with order managementsystems or software for efficient order coordination and tracking.
  • CustomerService: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handlecustomer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional andcourteous manner.
  • Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, andholidays, based on business needs.
