We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Integration Specialist to join our growing Engineering team. In this role, you will be required to focus on integrating and customizing software platforms to Our software platform and support our business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver optimal customer experiences.

To ensure success as a Software Integration Specialist, you should have strong knowledge of Internet and Internet-related products(Software as a Service (SaaS) ), a top-class Software Integration Specialist drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right solutions.

Software Integration Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Callgoose platform and other internal/external platforms or software's or systems. Refer Integrations examples in
  • Develop custom workflows, and other functionalities within Callgoose platform or internal/external platforms or software's or systems to address the business requirements.
  • Customize Callgoose platform and other internal/external platforms or software's or systems to meet organizational or client needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify integration needs and recommend best-fit solutions and ensuring security, privacy regulations, data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide end-users or internal/external teams or clients training on newly developed features or integrations.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot integration-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints related with integrations.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
  • Attending product training courses and seminars.
  • Create and Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, customizations, and configurations.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Monitor Callgoose platform or related systems performance and recommend improvements or optimizations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in internal/external software's or systems and related technologies to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.

Software Integration Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experiences. ( Junior positions can apply without any experience as long as you are passionate about the requirements of a Software Integration Specialist )
  • Previous experience as a Software Integration Specialist or any other related positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet and Internet related products(Software as a Service (SaaS)).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel local and International if required even though this position is remote.
  • Experience in API integration
  • Knowledge in web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Mandatory skills

  • 0-1 years experience in Software Integration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Internet and Internet-related products(Software as a Service (SaaS) ) and API

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in Git and using version control systems for collaborative development.

Working from home requirements

This position is the working from home position and

  • Must have wired internet via fiber broadband
  • Must have inverter or UPS with 12 hours minimum backup time and Must connect fiber broadband modem and its related devices to this UPS or inverter - This requirement applies to countries where power outages or power-related issues may occur.
  • Must have laptop or PC
