KEY FUNCTION

Responsible for doing Individual Case Safety Report, Reconciliation Safety Reporting, PV Training (Development and maintenance of local PV SOP, PV related agreement, risk management plan), PV Continuity plan handover management and other functions related to PV and Regulatory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of BS Pharmacy / Must be a Registered Pharmacist

With at least 3 years of experience as PV / Regulatory Associate or Local Safety Manager

Has advance knowledge on PV Training, Regulatory, Medical Information and Safety Data
