Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the operations, growth, and strategic direction of small and medium-sized enterprises within the organization. Manage the team, develop business strategies, and build relationships with SME clients to hit operational and financial targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the team's operational and financial targets
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for servicing clients. Ensure their values and ways of working are aligned with the organization's vision, mission and culture.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare regular reports on SME performance, trends, and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in a business management position on a small to medium scale.
  • Should have strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Open to work onsite at Lancaster New City Cavite
