Working Arrangement: Nonnegotiable, Hybrid 2 days WFH/3 days onsite, BGC Taguig

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description :
1. Responsible for IT value creation though enabling the local Business Strategy by business partnering, local business support and end-2-end accountability for the delivery of local solutions that deliver value.
2. Plan, priorities, and execute IT projects and IT support to ensure that organization's information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
3. Manage the operation and maintenance of the organization's information (electronic data) systems so that they function reliably, meet the organization's business needs, and use the organization's IT resources effectively while following central guidelines and standards
4. Research, evaluate, and recommend software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization's information systems.
5. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
6. Manage, optimize and control the IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing large IT projects, preferably in FMCG industry with deep understanding of SAP ERP and commerce system implementation & supporting experience, such as DMS, SFA, TPM systems etc. Strong project management, problem solving skills and experience.
• Competencies: Aptitude for grasping and mastering new technology; Able to work under pressure; Good team player; Excellent communication (both verbal and writing) skills in English; Willing to work overtime when necessary; Willing to travel within Asia Pacific.
  

Advantage if: having a certificate SAP modules, PMP and used to manage multiple applications, especially SAP, DMS & SFA, TPM
