Tele Counsellor

Job Description:We are seeking a Tele Counsellor- Domestic to join our team, responsible for making outgoing calls to students to brief them about our courses and schedule free career counselling sessions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with experience in outbound tele calling, tele sales, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outgoing Calls: Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and schedule free career counselling sessions based on their interest.
2. Follow-up: Follow up with students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit to institutes.
3. Lead Generation: Participate in the lead generation process to identify potential students for our courses.
4. Communication Skills: Utilize strong communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively interact with students and provide guidance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate degree or undergraduate degree with a minimum of 12th pass out with results in hand.
2. Work Experience: 6 months to 8 years of experience in outbound tele calling, tele sales, or lead generation.
3. Age: 18 years to 34 years.
4. Gender: Female or Male.
5. Industry Exposure: Good communication skills in English are mandatory, and proficiency in Hindi is desirable.
6. Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), with office hours from 10 am to 7 pm, and a fixed Sunday off.
