What You Will Do

Deloitte's Financial Services industry group is dedicated to helping clients navigate the current challenges in the industry. In this role, you will collaborate with high-profile banking clients on key issues such as technology strategy, architecture, M&A programs, cloud transformation, and more. You will be part of a team that works closely with clients to provide valuable insights and solutions across different areas within the technology sector.

Join our Technology, Strategy & Transformation team in Deloitte Southeast Asia, where you will be involved in shaping technology strategies and transformation engagements for banks in the region.

  • IT Strategy Development: Assist clients in creating technology strategies that align with their business priorities.
  • IT Operating Model: Help define the IT structure and components to support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Application Rationalization and Architecture: Assess and plan the application landscape to meet business objectives.
  • IT Transformation: Lead major IT transformation programs to drive business initiatives.
  • IT M&A: Manage IT aspects of international M&A deals for clients.
  • IT Sourcing: Optimize service delivery models for clients.

Your Role as a Leader

As a Senior Manager at Deloitte, you will be expected to inspire and lead through your actions, creating impact by leveraging team strengths and driving strategic goals. You will collaborate with colleagues to shape new opportunities, develop talent, and contribute to the firm's success through thought leadership and eminence building.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in technology or business from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of banking technology landscape and digital banking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in the marketplace and understanding of new technologies in banking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional growth, excellence, and client satisfaction.
