Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an SAP Finance Lead.

 

SAP Finance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our SAP Finance module implementation, customization, and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance solutions with our business processes and systems.

 

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Finance module, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and managing project timelines.Customize SAP Finance functionalities to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.Provide expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize financial processes and reporting within SAP.Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the quality and integrity of SAP Finance solutions.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP Finance module.Train end-users on SAP Finance functionalities and ensure adoption across the organization.Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and upgrades, and implement as necessary to enhance system performance and functionality.Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors as needed for SAP Finance module support.

 

What are the Qualifications?

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience as an SAP Finance Consultant or SAP Finance Lead, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance modules.In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation is highly desirable.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) modules is a plus.Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
