As a Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate and execute the maintenance programs and activities to support the company’s goal to increase equipment uptime.

 

Other responsibilities include:

Conducts regular inspections, emergency and planned maintenance, and repairs of equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.Operates and ensures timely availability of utility equipment such as (but not limited to) Medium Voltage Switchgear, Air Compressors, Fire Pumps, Generators, WasteWater Treatment Plant, etc.Implements safety and housekeeping standards, ensuring that the monthly target index is met and resolves audit action items in a timely manner.Identifies opportunities and implements projects to improve equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and efficiency.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar field)At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry environmentProficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA),  Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Programming and CommissioningProficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) DraftingProficient in plastic injection mold measurements (nominal and tolerance values), maintenance and safekeeping.Maintenance Planning skills to allocate resources, plan downtime, and coordinate maintenance activities with stakeholdersCritical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment functionality issuesAbility to operate maintenance power tools and test instrumentsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, etc.Ability to work in MS Office / Google Suite environmentAbility to navigate and work on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/SAP) ModulesInterpersonal Relationship Skills to communicate, interact, and build connections with others effectively
