About the role

Join the dynamic team at New Flavor House, Inc. as our Maintenance Manager. In this full-time position based in Guiguinto Bulacan, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance and reliabilityOversee a team of technicians and mechanics to carry out preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance activitiesLiaise with production and operation teams to align maintenance plans with business objectivesMonitor maintenance budgets and optimise costs while ensuring regulatory complianceIdentify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and proceduresProvide technical expertise and guidance to the wider organisationEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven track record as a Maintenance Manager or similar role for at least five (5) years in a food manufacturing environmentStrong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance best practicesExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team of maintenance techniciansFamiliarity with maintenance, GMP and HACCPExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsLicensed Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical courses
