Metro Manila, Philippines DDC DATA PROCESSING OPC Full time

Job Description:

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, tracking of deliveries and pick-ups, arranging pick-ups, and resolving complaints.
  • Keep accurate records of actions, escalations, and more complex and/or high priority problems, and update systems with appropriate journal entries as needed.
  • Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support. 
  • Ability to multi-task in various software programs, Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Always maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers.
  • Customer interactions must be handled with diplomacy and tact.
  • Maintain dependability and consistency in attendance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
    • At least one year of customer service in a call center setting.
    • Proficient in English communication (minimum of B2 level).
    • Excellent telephone personality skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
    • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
