We are now hiring for Customer Service Representative to join our Financial Account. Our Customer Service Representative is an integral role in the operations of our BGC site.

 

The details.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial lossesProcess disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelinesCorrespond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute casesManage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacksMaintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requestsPerform other duties as assigned by Department Management.

 

Ideal Candidates have:

At least 6 months of BPO (Retail & E-commerce account)Excellent English communication skillsCandidates must have a high level of analytical/critical thinking skills and keen attention to detailsMust be willing to work in BGCMust be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid, night shift)
