Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing loan applications from receipt of pre-approval documents until booking and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.

Role Exposure:

Assists account officer/s in processing loan applications from acceptance of loan terms up to booking.Pre-screens loan and collateral documents as to completeness and sufficiency.Ensures timely issuance of Notice of Approval, Purchase Order, and Authority to Deliver.Liaises with internal and external clients for the submission of documents or perform any process necessary for loan booking.Coordinates with third party service providers for insurance-related and collateral registration matters.Handles pre-booking related inquiries, requests, and concerns.Tracks and monitors document deficiencies.  Follow up submission as deemed necessary.Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Department/Division.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree graduate of any coursePreferably with 6mos to 1yr of experience but freshers are also welcome to apply
