BASIC FUNCTION

Position Overview

The Financial Services Supervisor is responsible for the effective billing resolution and invoice upload of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts and invoices. Incumbents will serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department. This position will report to the manager of Financial Services.

-Participate in management meetings and provide support, as directed, to team and management staff
-Overseeing Financial Services Admin teammate's end-to-end process: Portal Billing, Customer Service, Admin Task, and Credit Re-Bill.
-Call/Email internal clients to get resolutions on issues on the invoices to ensure a timely manner on the billing of invoices.
-Perform administrative tasks by leading the team, Checking attendance, Conducting team or individual coaching, Career Path, crafting strategies and critical decisions etc.
-Delegate tasks relating to key issues and considerations for day-to-day Disputes and Admin Operations.
-Conduct target selection interviews to fill up Job vacancies together with the Hiring Manager.
-Ensure Team performance is on par or exceeds the company policy and their training and development.
-Keep detailed record/status of their ongoing Portal upload efforts.
-Monitor Team Mailbox and review the assigned CRRB Request.
-Notify FSR/ Managers if FSA experiences any difficulties in uploading invoices to the portal to make some adjustments or recommendations on how to proceed.
-Update Collections Management with status reports on Backlog uploads and Total invoices uploaded per month.
-After consultation with their manager, process escalation paperwork and submit it to their manager.
-Ability to develop rapport and drive customer service within the Insight internal clients.
-This Role portfolio is primarily made up of larger clients with special handling of portal uploading. These accounts require a more experienced Supervisor who can perform their daily tasks with minimal supervision. Resolution to issues is generally more complex and requires good problem-solving skills.
-Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a specified time frame.
-The Supervisor will work in tandem with the manager to identify the special training needs of these Admi, map out an improvement plan, and be able to report on any progress.
-Supervisor will assist in the training of new hires as needed.
-Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Management.
-Assist and/or own the development and delivery of special projects and training.
-Other duties as assigned.
 

What you'll need to join Insight 

Education and/or Experience:

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree preferred
-Two to five years of previous Collection, Admin, Billing, and Disputes experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Preferably experience supporting or working in Billing Portal and Client Credit-Rebill dispute resolutions
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
-Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Must possess basic knowledge of Billing Portal and Client Disputes Resolutions procedures
