Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sale Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a 
position that requires exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to handle 
various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Opportunities once Qualified / Screened:
o Respond to clients once deals have been qualified, using email or Estimate One.
o Update Pipedrive – moving deal to next stage and creating next actions.
• Complete Tender Documentation for Clients (working with our In-House Administration Team):
o Pre-Tender Interview Forms
o Compliance Form
o Questionnaires
o Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Assist with organization of samples, including logistics and client communication.
• Assist with proposal revisions, and associated client communication.
• Assist with Handover Preparation
o Working with the CRM to prepare the handover form.
o Saving correct documentation to the handover folder.
o Sending WON email to the team.
• Activity Logging – creating and logging accurate email and call notes for the CRMs, based off their 
emails, scanned notes, voice notes and calls that you join with them. Forwarding critical emails to 
Pipedrive deal link.
• Data Integrity – ensuring Pipedrive deal data is up to date and in order:
o Linked participants (ensure contact details are correct)
o Linked organizations
o Adding new contacts & organizations
o Deal stage, labels, revenue types, dates are correct
• Assisting with general document management, ensuring the project folders are in order.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant administration or business Qualification would be advantageous
• 3+ Years experience in Sales Support or similar role.
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM management
• Excellent use of Outlook and M365 Suite
• Excellent time & task management
• Excellent attention-to-detail – ensure accuracy in data
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of the Sales process
• Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
• Willingness to work or relocate in the Angeles City Pampanga Office.
