This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Close Coordination team. The role is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Reporting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team for all global activities related to Close Coordination
- Tasks such as, but not limited to, ledger closing, opening/closing of books, blackline local administration, JE reports, TB proof, threshold analysis, etc.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
- Studies and recommends ways to automate or improve current close coordination processes.
- Ensures monthly and quarterly closing are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supports in the review and approval of reports and applicable submissions.
- Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.
- Prepares ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed.
- Other tasks that may be delegated by the Senior Team Lead
Compliance:
- Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
- Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
- At least 4 years of experience related in Financial Reporting & Close Coordination, Interface Reconciliation, Procurement or General Accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
- Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in SAP, Excel, Blackline and other Microsoft Tools
- Fluent English, other language skills desirable
- Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge
