Responsibilities:

Sales & Service

Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.Assist clients in selecting merchandise, offering expert advice on product features, materials, and styling.Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize sales potential.Process transactions efficiently and professionally.Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with a high-end clientele.Understand client preferences and anticipate their needs.Personalize the shopping experience, offering recommendations and special services.Follow up with clients after their purchase.

Product Knowledge

Process a deep understanding of the brand's history, values, and product lines.Stay informed about current fashion trends and how they relate to the brand's offerings.

Presentation & Image

Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance that reflects the brand's image.

 

Qualifications:

Experience in luxury retail sales or a related field (e.g., fashion, jewelry)Proven ability to build rapport with clients and exceed sales targets.Strong product knowledge and passion for the luxury brand.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive and enthusiastic attitude.High standards of integrity and discretion.
