Responsibilities:

Administer network workstations, including mainframes, VPNs, Firewall, routers and other physical hardware.  Assembles and installs PC hardware, investigates and resolves routine hardware and communications problems. Responsible for all LAN and WAN hardware, software and data integrity, security, all backup and recovery for all desktop PC, laptops and servers. Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.  Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Monitor network security and connectivity Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords Resolve problems reported by end user thru Helpdesk Provide orientation and training for newly hired employee(s) Ability to work various shifts.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree With at least 3 years data processing experience in a BPO company Highly motivated, mature and with strong leadership skills With ability to work under pressure and lead a team Very good written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with other employeesMust be willing to work in Makati Must be willing to work on shifting schedule Must be willing to work on weekend and during holidays.Must be willing to render OT at any given time.
