About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist at Book4time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global client base. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge software tailored for hotels and resorts and empowering our customers to make the most of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from customers via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide step-by-step guidance to usersMaintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutionsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or subject matter expertsContinuously update your knowledge to stay on top of our latest releasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless support experience for our customersThis is a regular overnight role. We will only consider candidates with experience working that shift.

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the IT or software industryStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and empathetic supportSolid understanding of computer hardware, software, and common IT applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyCertification in IT support or computer science
