Responsible for the end to end process of collecting records and associated documents for individual cases.Sending records request and authorization to the medical facilities.Set Up notary service to the medical facilities if needed.Make great relationships with locationsKeep Job Notes (universal location notes) updatedRequest verifications and case kept in good order throughout processing

Qualifications:

High School Diploma; college courses a plusWith at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service in a BPO setting.Has good analytical skillsComputer and data entry skills including Word, Excel, InternetProfessional phone etiquetteWritten communication: proper writing and grammar skills a must (letters, memos, sentence structure)Excellent telephone communication skills, oral and writtenHighly self-motivated and self-directed Strong work ethicsIntroductory analytical, problem-solving abilities and decision-making abilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Multi-tasking skills essentialAbility to type at least 35 wpmWilling to work onsite (Makati) and can start immediately.
