The Production Management Assistant is mainly responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling materials, machine/equipment, and documents on the production floor to execute and manage production operations.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or ChemistrySecondary graduate is also welcome with related experienceMust have at least 1-3 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.Must be proficient in MS Excel and other computer applicationsMust have the ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing is also preferred.

 

Required Certifications or Special Skills:

Statistical Analysis (e.g. Pareto, Statistical Process Control, Regression, Forecasting)Root Cause Analysis, (e.g. 5-whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa)Lean Six Sigma (adept with DMAIC methodology) with Six Sigma Belt is an advantageReport Making (KPIs and KRAs)People ManagementPlanning background is an advantage.

 

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Performing inventory management by ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of production supplies;Planning and ensuring stock arrangement pre-count in preparation for monthly inventory count;Controlling the production documented information to ensure its availability and suitability for use and it is adequately protected;Preparing documents using the access with the Weekly Production Schedule (WPS), Pro Forma Invoice (PFI), and Standards to comply with the client's product specifications;Liaising with the Production Officers to ensure that objective evidence (OE) is available and/ or submitted on or before the set targets dates;Preparing and acknowledging Work Order Request (WOR) and check the actual area;Reporting any quality and food safety deviation, violations to company rules, and any untoward behavior of personnel;Preparing timely production reports, quality data, and FSSC-required data and information as required and directed;Performing other duties as may be required.
