Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for the overall performance of the Courier Services, ensures that all KPI is met, and operational efficiencies is achieved such as updating, scanning, sorting, encoding, return to shipper (RTS) lead time efficiency, pick-up and delivery. 

     

     

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Overseas overall operations such as sorting, scanning, pick-up and delivery.
    • Ensures that all shipments for delivery are dispatched on time.        
    • Monitors pick-up and delivery of shipments and ensures no missed pick-up and undelivered.
    • Conducts pre-work briefing and debriefing of couriers, dispatchers, checkers in the assigned hub daily for strictly implementations of SLAs       
    • Ensure compliance on the delivery lead-time.   
    • Ensures on-time and accurate submission of reports such as pick-up and delivery efficiency, remittance and collection, accrual and other reports.       
    • Monitors document/pouches against any losses, damages, pilferages, wattage and any form of discrepancy.  

       

      Qualifications:

      • Graduate of any four-year course
      • At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the courier or delivery services industry.
      • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
