What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Food and Beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industryProven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiencyExcellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing teamStrong financial acumen and the ability to analyse data to make informed business decisionsExceptional customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and address guest needsProficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost controlBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
