Lead development and optimization of end-of-line process for HPS and other product lines devices.Closely work with Design & Development for NPI related projects.Adherence to APQP/MPL processes in the development of new products.Lead in the development of encapsulation materials to be used for new products or replacement for old & problematic materials.

 

Job Qualifications:

Preferably Materials Science & Engineering, BS Physics (specializing in materials), Chemistry, Chemical Engineering GraduateWith product and process development experiences or newly grad with above average academic standingShould know how to interpret engineering drawings; Technical Data Sheets, Laboratory Reports, i.e. FTIR, EDS, AES, etc.Versatile and fast learner. Must have positive disposition. Good leadership skills and results oriented.Must have working knowledge on APQP framework.Must have good understanding of industrial statistics including DOE.Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application will be a plus.
