Key Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for improvement, cost efficiencies, and technology development opportunities, aligning with company goals and client needs.
  • Manage subordinates, providing direct supervision, mentorship, and coaching to develop the team's skills and strategy.
  • Develop succession plans, prioritize projects, and prepare reports on results, ensuring effective team performance and company success.
Requirements:
  • BS Food Technology or Chemical Engineering degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Ice Cream formulation.
  • Senior Supervisor/Manager experience.
