Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning

   - Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional media.

   - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key advertising opportunities.

   - Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.

2. Campaign Management

   - Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

   - Develop compelling ad creatives, including copy, graphics, and video content.

   - Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize performance and achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting

   - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROI (Return on Investment).

   - Use analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.

   - Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.

4. Budget Management

   - Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.

   - Monitor spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximizing effectiveness.

5. Collaboration and Communication

   - Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.

   - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

   - Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.

6. Staying Updated

   - Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in advertising.

   - Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

 

Job Qualifications

1. Education

   - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience

   - 3 to 4 years proven experience as an Advertising Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

   - Experience with various advertising platforms and tools (e.g., META, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

3. Skills

   - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

   - Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools.

   - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Certifications (preferred)

   - Google Ads Certification

   - Facebook Blueprint Certification

   - Other relevant digital marketing certifications

Working Conditions
