Job Descriptions.

Implements the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the Project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instructions ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the Project.Responsible and focused on the technical details of Glass, Aluminium, Curtain walls, Railings, and other Façade works.Monitors the quality assurance and inspection work being conducted by the Contractors’ Quality Control
Inspect the Glass, Aluminium, Curtainwalls, Railings, and other Façade works. Monitors contractors’ project schedules and critical milestone dates to ensure timely completion of Glass, Aluminium, Curtainwalls, Railings, and other Façade works. Handles the Design Addenda, Construction Manager’s Instructions (CMI’s), Requests for Information (RFI’s), Substitution Requests, and the like in cases necessary for proper contract managementPrepares budgetary estimates for bid proposals
 

Job Requirements 

Must be a licensed Architect/EngineerA minimum of 4 years of experience as a contractor or in construction project management, specifically in mixed-use or corporate office projects, is required.With knowledge in SUNSHADING works including inspection.FACADE specialist (curtain walls, facial mirrors, shower enclosures, aluminum cladding panel, and aluminum molding).Must have experience with estimation and billing evaluation.Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Knowledgeable with local code.Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.Must be eager to learn and open to receiving training.Can work under pressure.Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City.
