JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of facilities owned by the company including offices and nodes; Ensure that the facilities are operating as they should on a daily basis, completing regular inspections and conducting proactive and reactive maintenance on sites; In-charge of overseeing constructions and renovations.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of Radius Offices and Nodes ▪ Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are operational and are well-kept

▪ Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure

▪ Attend to concerns and provide recommendations in resolving issues in coordination with Building/Property Admin

▪ Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers ▪ Keeps a record of all As-Built plans, coordinates with the contractor on Lay-out plans, and coordinates with the Warehouse team on the safekeeping of unused office furniture on site.

 

Education (Degree, licensure, & certification)

▪ Graduate of Mechanical Engineering ▪ Professional licensure is required

 

Experience 

▪ With at least 1-year work experience as Facilities Engineer, Building Engineer, or other equivalent positions from a residential or commercial real estate property that includes maintenance of equipment

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

▪ Must have in-depth knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining property equipment such as ACUs, CCTVs, and Security Equipment, familiar with MS Office Applications
